While I was in Prague for Erasmus, I gained experience in the field of human resources as an intern at 100sClub during March 2024. In the final week, my team and I reviewed and presented the "GARTNER Leadership Vision for 2024: Chief HR Officer" report. I developed my skills in trello, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and communication.

Thanks to the internship program organized by QNB Finansbank, I completed my first internship experience over a period of 2 weeks in February 2024. During this 2-week internship, I learned the importance of teamwork, effective presentation techniques, and how to use applications like Excel, Word, and Gmail efficiently.
