I am responsible for:

• Identifying technical problems experienced by domestic and international customers and providing solutions.
• Providing technical support and answering inquiries from customers.
• Reporting and presenting customer complaints within the company to lead quality improvements.
• Preparing reports on after-sales services and presenting them to managers.
• Providing technical training within the company.
• Conducting studies and assessments on energy efficiency.
• Conducting product installations, testing, and providing usage instructions.
• Organizing field activities to support on-site problem identification.
• Planning and implementing maintenance and repairs, managing service processes, and monitoring them.
• Managing spare parts inventory, procuring necessary materials, and providing them to customers.

As a After Sales Technical Engineer at TIAMA, a French company that
manufactures glass quality control devices, I was responsible for activities
such as

• Automation, software, etc.
for the machines supplied to glass factories.

• As an Electrical and Electronics Engineer, I was responsible for overseeing the technical aspects, managing and executing project processes, and monitoring maintenance and repair activities for projects conducted by TSP (which includes clients such as BAT, Shell, Ford, Otokoç, Toros Gübre, and Teknopark Istanbul). Additionally, I reported to upper management on a weekly and monthly basis. My duties also involved tracking the commissioning processes of City Hospitals in Ankara Etlik, Kocaeli, and Izmir, as well as monitoring the commissioning and operational processes of trigeneration power plants. Furthermore, I was involved in monitoring the implementation processes of new projects.

• In the Proliz/Electricity production facility operated by Kartepe Industrial Recycling and Proman Energy partnership Maintenance and repair of electric and separator motors, Compensation improvement, Electrical installation (Ventilation & Cooling & Water treatment) Electrical installation, connections, maintenance, and repair of Wärtsilä Vasa 4R32 diesel generators, each of which is 1.5 MW, used in the electricity generation department were my main duties.

• I worked as a long-term intern engineer in the production, compensation, and current transformer production department, between February and June, at ENTES ELECRONIC, a company that produces electronic measuring instruments (Reactive power control relay, time relay, current transformer, etc.).

• I took an active part in works such as the detection and repair of electrical faults and the repair of fault pits opened afterward within Anadolu Yakası Enerji Dağıtım A.Ş
• (AYEDAŞ) operated by EnerjiSA.

• In the Yeşilyaka Villa Project in Büyükçekmece, Istanbul, within the body of MESA-NUROL companies, I took an active part in tasks such as; Making all kinds of lighting, sensor (fire, smoke, water), socket (electricity, TV, internet) connections in accordance with the project, Installation and commissioning of the electrical panel, Delivery tests of projects
