Summary

My current role is Quality Assurance Manager at Bolaman Park Food Products and Trade Inc. The company is a start-up of the DKC Group, born in Torbali (Izmir) in 2023 to develop dedicated projects as contract manufacturer for a big global chocolate hazelnut spread company (Ferrero). In my current position I have many direct responsibilities listed in summary and experience sections.

  • Playing an active role in establishing the infrastructure of the food production facility, founded as a start-up, in accordance with food safety and quality requirements.
  • Establishing and implementing processes compliant with FSSC 22000, RSPO, Rainforest Alliance and Halal requirements during the commissioning of production lines.
