When we started prepare for the 2X350 Mw power plant project. We started by managing the construction works of the aboveground facilities with the delay of the coal removal plans.

I primarily managed aboveground auxiliary plants civil structures, the subcontractors to ensure adherence to the Sub Contract, owner specifications, and regulatory requirements as well as to ensure smooth integration with other project components.

I also coordinated to resolve all design and engineering issues.

I was responsible for the preparation of the relevant sections of the draft contract of Power Plant.

Finally I also maintained project schedule, costs forecasts and provide field project engineering coordination with construction contractors. In addition I work with company management to successfully coordinate and integrate the overall project scope, including cost reporting, budget management, schedule, quality and safety.

Assuming the general civil execution and management responsibilities of 2 x 350 MW power plants, related to engineering, design, construction and reporting to the Plant Project Coordinator are some of my duties and responsibilities.

The Project suspended one year later, depending on ressesion of economical issues.

• Review the Contract documents for each Construction Package and advise the Engineering/Construction team of any deficiency.
• Prepare detailed work schedule related with General agrement. Prepare employment & purchase program according to work schedule.

I worked in this project as a site manager, fully authorized civil subcontractor on the timeliness of the construction activities of all concrete structures from the beginning of the project

I worked in this project as a Technical site manager, fully authorized subcontractor on the timeliness of the construction activities of all concrete structures from the beginning of the project. Also Europe's 5th largest cooling tower construction was completed by our company in this project. (158 m high, 55,90 m internal radius).

• Review any claim involving time impact as submitted by Contractor and report his assessment to Construction Manager.

• Advise the Construction Manager of any foreseen slippage of progress and corrective actions to be taken.

• Attend weekly progress meeting and monthly Executive meetings and participate in preparing the agenda.

• Assist Engineer/Construction Managers during preparation of Monthly Progress reports and Monthly Executive Presentations.
