The company imports, exports, services and delivers a wide range of both brand new and used textile machinery, spare parts and accessories since its establishment in 1990.

• Maintaining the storage and shipment of goods, tracking and controlling their deliveries.
• Quality control and conformity tests of imported parts and components within the quality control department.
• Tracking and coordination of the customs clearance procedures of purchased goods.
• Issuance of invoices and keeping track of collection reports.
• Development of sales projections and strategies based on experiences in customer relations, and managing the sales department.
• Enhanced customer satisfaction (both on-location and remote) by resolving disputes promptly, maintaining open lines of communication, and ensuring high-quality delivery of services.

• Using recording software (Logic Pro X, Pro Tools, Cubase, Reaper, Ableton), hardware and licensed plug-ins/sound libraries to conduct high quality instrument and vocal recordings. Edit, re-amp, mix and master music recordings in a purpose-built home studio setup.
• On-location recordings and on-the-fly editing with both in-house equipment and/or mobile equipment, as a commissioned and freelancing audio engineer.
• Collaboration with producers and/or musicians to achieve the best sonic results, from the pre-production stage to the delivery of final masters, both in-person and remote.
• Handy with audio equipment troubleshooting, maintenance and repair (able to use soldering equipment, multimeters, oscilloscope, examine circuit boards, read schematics)
• Working with video editors to sync audio with video segments of interviews, concerts and teasers.

• Live sound equipment setup and mixing on various mixing consoles (DiGiCo, Midas, Yamaha, Soundcraft, etc) at many concerts. Assessment of available equipment in venues and determining the equipment to be used, with respect to technical requirements. Checking the equipment to ensure it functions properly and perform troubleshooting to alleviate issues before concerts begin.
• Performing soundchecks, front-of-house and monitor mixing to maintain high-quality sound throughout the concert. Working with performers according to their needs and presenting them with solutions (including the setup of their personal equipment).
• Recording the audio of a concert with a mobile recording setup and providing it to performers, engineers and/or video editors when demanded.
• Overcoming live audio challenges, troubleshooting problems and providing workarounds in case of faulty equipment and other unexpected circumstances. Supervising and training stagehands and other technicians when necessary.
