I promoted and started working as Senior Legal Counsel as of April 2020.

• I worked as a legal counsel/attorney with the founder of SCH-Legal Law Office, Att. Hasan KARSLIOGLU between 2017-2020.
• As of October 2018, I started to work as a legal counsel for 10 client companies.
• I was involved in providing consultancy services in many areas, especially contract law, labor law, commercial law, intellectual and industrial property law, personal data protection law to our client companies to which we provide preventive legal consultation services.
• Since the client companies operate in many different sectors such as software, construction, production, service, defense industry, virtual office/TEKMER, I have been involved in drafting and revising the contracts of all these companies, participating in contract negotiations, issuing legal notices, issuing legal opinions, preparing corporate documents, especially labor law documents, preparing general assembly resolutions, board of directors resolutions, participating in general assemblies and notarization / registration processes before the trade registry office.
• I took an active role in processes such as the execution of monthly consultancy to these companies.
• Moreover, in addition to these companies for which monthly consultancy services were provided, I also took part in project works such as company/branch incorporation, company liquidation, merger, spin-off, change of company type transactions, capital increase/decrease, preparation of share transfer/purchase agreements and share holders agreements within the scope of share transfer transactions, follow-up of due diligence processes, filing and pursuing lawsuits on behalf of the shareholder for the annulment of the general assembly decisions and the annulment of the board of directors decisions due to disputes between the shareholders of the company.
• Since some of our client companies are companies with headquarters in abroad, I performed these duties in Turkish and English bilingually.

• After starting my legal internship as a legal intern, I worked with Att
• Bilgen ÖZCANLI until I completed my internship
• During my internship, I mainly worked in the fields of labor law, lease law, family law
• My main duties included drafting petitions in response to the appeal, executing interim decisions, following the hearings, and checking the daily proceedings on UYAP
• In my second six months, I participated in the hearings held in the Enforcement Civil/Criminal Courts and Magistrate Law Courts
• I attended client meetings together with the lawyer I worked with
• I learned the basics of the profession and field advocacy during my legal internship
