I am a Mechanical Engineer currently pursuing my MSc at Koç University while working as an R&D Engineer in manufacturing process optimization at Beko. My experience centers on advanced manufacturing technologies, automation, and data-driven performance improvement within large-scale production environments. I work on optimizing forming processes, integrating sensor-based control systems, and analyzing production data to improve efficiency, quality, and reliability.

I have been involved in industrial R&D projects in collaboration with international partners, including work on closed-loop control systems and predictive modeling for material behavior. My technical background combines mechanical design, simulation, and analytical problem-solving with practical implementation in real production settings. I am particularly interested in engineering roles that sit at the intersection of manufacturing, technology, and innovation.

• Designed an active tooling concept using piezoelectric actuators at critical sheet zones to stabilize flange pressure and
reduce wrinkling in deep drawing operations
• Developed a closed-loop control scheme based on Fraunhofer sensor technology to adjust local pressure in real time
during forming
3MA-Aided Sheet Property Estimation | Beko Corporate 2025 - Present
• Calibrated Fraunhofer 3MA electromagnetic signals to predict sheet properties (yield strength, tensile strength,
elongation, thickness, r & n values) and built regression models validated on production samples
SiNW FET Fabrication & Characterization | Koc University 2024 - 2025
• Fabricated silicon nanowire FETs via photolithography, spin-coating, and thin-film deposition
• Performed wafer-level probing and electrical characterization (I–V measurements, transfer characteristics) to verify
