

My name is Can Sirkecioğlu, I was born on 21 May 1990 in Izmir. I completed my education life from primary school to high school in Izmir. I graduated from the Department of Viticulture - Wine Making at Manisa - Celal Bayar University in 2012. I started my business life in Urla Şarapçılık in 2009. Over time, I worked as "Vineyard and Production Supervisor" in Yazgan Şarapçılık, Usca Şarapçılık and Urla Şarapçılık again. As a result of the trainings I received and the experiences I gained, I decided to turn to the service sector.
During this time, I have been working as a bar chef as well as a consultant in the field of mixology. Throughout my career, I have developed my skills in crafting a wide range of beverages, from classic cocktails to innovative creations. My attention to detail and commitment to quality ensure that every drink I serve not only meets but exceeds customers' expectations. I thrive in fast-paced environments and am adept at multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining composure under pressure. Moreover, I am proficient in using POS systems and possess a solid understanding of beverage inventory management and cost control principles.
