Accomplishments
- In 2016, the company decided to replace PSS and PRA systems. I have been involved in the migration key user team of the Passenger Service System (Crane Pax to IflyRes) of the company. I took many responsibilities such as designing the new system and work flows according to the business requirements, migration of the old data and the system tests.
- I also led the migration of the Passenger Revenue Accounting System (Crane RA SkyFly PRA). I took all necessary responsibilities and owned the app as the end user of it.
- Instead of dealing with a lot of manual workloads by using Excel posts, I automated the interline accounting and BSP Agency sales accounting posting processes. After the implementation, SkyFly PRA is now sending the invoice data and the BSP Agency Sales data with a large amount of detailed useful data to SAP, and it allows SAP to save the accounting posting right immediately after delivery automatically.
