  • Commissioned and managed EOL stations—such as ECG Flash, ECU Configuration, PREROLL, 360 Camera, WAHA, Roll, ECOS, and Gate Release—across TT, PP, MP1, and MP2 phases for ICE and PHEV/BEV projects, ensuring seamless integration for Ford and Volkswagen platforms.
  • Updating tests for re-flashing and reworking operations for multiple modules.
  • Built new test for functional controls according to the requirements of production.
  • Led diagnostics resolution, collaborating with Diagnostics and CVS Teams from DUNTON, ensuring the resolution of DTC codes from detection to completion.
  • Ensured smooth feature rollouts by organizing and leading cross-team meetings, updating test steps, and adapting to new EOL-affecting features.
  • Managed VCSs file accuracy in EOL testing, ensuring precise vehicle-specific configurations were applied.

  • Co-lead the MiM Tribe Team as engineer, focusing on the production of Chassis, Powertrain, Interior, Exterior, and Underbody components, ensuring customer satisfaction and continuous.
  • Responsible for 164 electrical processes and 470 related parts in the B460 Ford Courier vehicle line. Managed the relocation of the production line and the slow build of the new line.
  • Contributed as a Developer in the ESE Chassis Agile Squad Team, focusing on electrical engineering tasks.
  • Lead engineer for PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and control plans for the B460 Car Line.

  • Manage the chip crisis and parts shortages (Electrical, Powertrain, Chassis) by developing and executing deadline-driven rework and mitigation plans.
