Main activities and responsibilities:

• Ensuring material flow to the assembly line in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Following the projects via Microsoft Project.
• Elimination of bottlenecks that occur during the project process.
• Scheduling project tesources and managing them according to plan.
• Realizin project deliveries on time and reporting them to senior management.

Main activities and responsibilities:

• Preparing standard work packages and ensuring their accomplishment.
• Preparing work orders for A-checks, C-checks, the compliance of mandatory requirements such as AD and out-of-phase tasks.
• Ensuring that necessary materials for all planned maintenance are available on time in coordination with Material Planning Specialist.
• Checking work orders completed by Line Maintenance Department for missing/wrong information and getting them corrected if required.
• Entering the details of the completed work orders and related material/part movements to Wings system.
• Preparing reliability reports every month.
• Preparing annual man-hour planning of Line Maintenance Department.

Skywise is Airbus' core data and analytical platform. It facilitates data sharing and collaboration both within and between Airbus, airlines and suppliers. I am the representative of this system in Technical Department.

Main activities and responsibilities:

• Attending the monthly meeting with Airbus Skywise Team.
• Supporting the Airbus Skywise Team about our work processes.
• Supporting my colleauges in using the system.
• Creating analyzes and reports.
• Comparing the outputs of the reports.

Within the scope of the graduation project, it has been worked on a material transfer tool called dolly which is used for in-plant material supply in order to regulation of internal logistics activities.

• Reporting from TRAX.
• Checking due dates of planned maintenance packages.
