-Following- up marketing expenses and assisting team to create PFME reporting for execution of annual marketing plans

- Managing social media agency and providing appropriate briefs to increase brand visibility and interaction with target audiences

-Following -up approval of artwork changes and new product openings, assisting in execution of new material development

-Assisting team for execution of all brand activities and giving administrative support

• Work collaboratively with Sephora EME Digital Team to create eye-catching, conversion-focused banners, campaign designs and landing pages that improve user engagement and overall website experience
• Working with local agency to design creative assets that will be given visibility on site on weekly basis in accordance with Sephora guidelines and site banner sizes, as well as planning designs of campaigns and launch products to be featured
• Implement SEO strategies to target location-specific keywords and attract customers within website
• Collaborate with marketing and trade marketing teams to develop comprehensive omnichannel strategy that aligns with company's goals and enhances customer experience.

• Creating strategies and launch campaigns suitable for Turkish market for upcoming new products
• Working with influencers for target audience and determining campaign strategies suitable for target audience
• Cogs analysis and price work on up-to-date lists for positioning/budget management and company strategy against raises/competitors
• Running campaigns on online distribution channels (e-commerce) and executing its process
• Determining Institut Esthéderm's digital marketing strategy with social media agency Basics Istanbul and preparing briefs accordingly.

• Providing marketing strategy and launch campaign ideas to brands within Doğuş Group involved in different sectors (Ara Güler Museum, Galataport, Doğuş Automotive)
• Assisting in development of sustainability framework for company sustainability covering all companies within group
• Working with Büyük Balık Agency for corporate social project campaign of Fenerbahçe Doğuş Yelken.

• Attending Doğuş 360 meetings and creating new solutions to increase cooperation within Doğuş enterprises
• Ensuring synergy of marketing strategy of different products and services within group
• Taking part in social responsibility project called 'Erişilebilir Her şey' (Everything Accessible).
