  • Monitoring compliance with Airworthiness Directives, Maintenance Programme and improving company Accepted Maintenance Manual, monitoring to ensure life limited parts of engine and APU, following technical documents released by authorizations and OEMs to ensure continued airworthiness and prepare engineering order related to AD, SIB, SB, VSB, AOT, AN and monitoring Engine Health Monitoring alerts received by internal system or provided by OEM, managing shop visit operations for CFM 56-5B/7B - LEAP1A and APU Honeywell 131-9A/9B
  • In Pegasus Airlines, AMOS is used for monitoring and following maintenance tasks of fleet which contains Airbus and Boeing
  • Worked on AMOS to improve scheduled or unscheduled maintenance process during base or line maintenance
  • Worked on performance retention project which is required following fuel consumption, EGTM, ECM data.

  • Mechanical management of module and subsystem designs at engine assembly level
  • Management and control of mechanical interfaces, whole engine rotor dynamic and thermal analysis by interdisciplinary meetings in agile-scrum methodology as scrum master
  • Calculations for radial and axial rotor-stator clearances related to turbine module design, engine operations and assembleability which are requiring mechanical and thermal analysis and GD&T calculations
  • Working on platform integration with platform owners to evaluate and study platform and engine mechanical interfaces that are related to weight and dimension management, aligning with contractual requirements

  • Being department focal for RAMS Engineering and attending thsystem safety assessments such as FHA, FMEA(FMECA), PSSA, SSA as engine integrator responsible
  • Having experience on SAE ARP-4761, ARP-4754A, ARP-5151, ARP-813C, MIL-HDBK-516c and CS-E documents during engine development process
  • Due to critic effect on engine design, gaining experience on Part-21/EMAR21 and collaboration with airworthiness department and authorization as engine representative as well.

  • I worked on fluid dynamics analysis related to turbulence modelling for several airfoils (NACA) to obtain aerodynamic performance parameter by using ANSYS Fluent and XFLR5
  • One of my project was Determination of location for pitot probes over fuselage according to EASA and MIL-SPEC specifications and pressure field over aircraft
  • Furthermore, using MatLAB 6 DoF stabilization of aircraft during landing and integration of landing gear into flight simulation was my another project.
