- Opening, registering and closing import/export customs declaration forms for cargoes and passengers as well as inspecting the customs documents

- Being responsible for implementing both physical and remote USDA inspections and Quality Checks for inbound/outbound cargoes and for Custom Bonded Warehouses

- Providing briefings and counselings to the related parties for performing customs formalities of Türkiye and other target countries

- Actively meeting and accompanying cargo&passenger flights, and executing customs, logistical operations and providing support for the related parties

- Being involved in providing both verbal and written support for the Safety and ISO Audits that take place within the company and the department

- Being part of the team that is executing the negotiations and finalization of the Logistics and Customs Bonded Warehouse contracts

• Following purchase orders and customer orders with international customers and suppliers
• Monitoring and planning documentation traffic effectively and executing all air, sea and land import & export operations of the organization
• Overseeing the entire import & export operations from the planning stage until the delivery point
• Following customs clearance Operations and having ability to communicate relevant shipment information to transportation parties
• Communicating with the international suppliers & customers and effectively coordinating the information flow between related parties; sales, supply chain planning, domestic & foreign suppliers & customers & finance

• Planning and executing all domestic logistics operations
• Being in constant communication with the supply chain team in order to synchronize the purchase orders with the logistics operation process
• Making supplier visits on a weekly basis and listening, taking notes of the logistics problems that they are having
• Creating, negotiating and keeping track of the logistics contracts
• Being in constant communication with the suppliers and shipping agents, giving quick respond to their demands and problems
• Analyzing, creating reports on the problems that suppliers and hauliers are having and establishing projects on how to minimize those set backs
• Preparing daily and monthly reports for the senior executives and presenting those reports
• Being actively involved in the logistics operation process which includes the allocation of the vehicles to the suppliers and document tracking
