I have been in many projects as PO/PM/BA with the background of covering SaaS projects by ensuring on-primes and cloud-based. Managed image processing with AI projects, monitoring the signals of the surveillance devices. Manage close relationship with the stakholders to get scope and requirements for the projects. I have been involved in the entire cycle of product development from research, problem identification, conceptualization, design, testing, packaging and iterating.

• Prioritizing product roadmap and backlog with ready-to-go feature requirements.
• Guiding product priorities, product plans, and overall product strategy.
• Working with sales and marketing to understand market potential and competitive landscape.
• Capturing customer needs, product scenarios, user stories, and stakeholder feedback to create new and improve existing products.
• Creating and working with design resources to create wireframes and design comps in order to guide engineering efforts.

• Managed a software that included IoT devices integration like temperatur&humidity sensor, motion sensor which monitors the device signals and controlled by remotely.
• Having been in the first smart city project as a project engineer in Turkey which manages the traffic with the signaling system.
• Lead to the product that provides both on-premise and cloud based which ensure to manage all customers and devices about security systems in one platform.
• Managed the project for the banks, chain stores, and oil companies which controls the signal of surveillance systems devices more than 15K locations and monitor on-prem software.
• Managed the money count software with integrated money count machine that records the scenes into the recorder while counting the money in the banks.
• Completed AI products with voice assistant by NLP, face detection/recognition by image processing and alarm verification by using CCTV footage&burglary panel.
