In this position, I gained significant experience in coordinating the internal operations of the factory. I contributed to the factory's internal layout by creating drawings using SketchUp. Additionally, I planned the process flow for new projects, from nomination to production and shipment.

At the same time, I utilized CATIA to modify various automotive plastic parts, which are our main production focus, and designed fixtures that could be used in manufacturing. I also contributed to the R&D efforts of a project where we served as the Full-Service Supplier (FSS).

• From an engineering perspective, I'm involved in every aspect and monitoring of every job item
• We design and manufacture Paletizer, Depaletizer, and Finishing machines
• Personally, I'm part of both the design and production teams
• In this job, I experience every stage, from designing a machine to sourcing raw materials, production, delivery, and post-delivery service
• My primary task is designing machines and improving designs, but being a small company, I've had the advantage of taking on responsibilities in every department
• Sometimes, I assist in the procurement process for raw materials, and other times, I liaise with customers during machine delivery
• Additionally, we have interactive collaboration with our customers during the production process, which provides me with a unique experience
• I'm deeply involved in production because I work closely with the production team to ensure that the parts manufactured for the machines I design meet the required specifications
• I often consult the technical team for production details
• To address production errors and find solutions for achieving the most efficient production in a short time, we work as a team
• It's a very intense pace, but equally satisfying and enjoyable
• I never realize how the day ends
• Furthermore, due to the small size of the company, I'm working on organizing and systematizing knowledge data
• Having written records of past quality issues, improvements, and technical work is crucial to avoid repeating the same mistakes and save time!
• In my design work, I use Catia
• The two main aspects I focus on in my designs are making the production process as straightforward as possible and keeping costs low

• In this experience, the most important detail was interpersonal relationships
• I interacted with people of all ages and backgrounds
• I learned where I needed to be patient and how people could adhere to rules while having fun
• I experienced this not only with Turks but also with foreign tourists who came to visit
• The combination of it being challenging and enjoyable kept me engaged in this job for a long time
• Every day brought a new interpersonal challenge
• My responsibilities here included conveying instructions on how to use the mountain sled to customers, conducting safety checks for games, and handling ticket control

• During this internship, I gained insights into the role and responsibilities of a mechanical engineer in lean production
• Additionally, I had the opportunity to undertake a significant project
• In this project, I developed a program using the Power Automate application to fully automate tasks previously done manually by our team members
• Through this project, I realized our potential to save a substantial amount of time for the company
• I completed my internship, during which I observed the various stages of injector production, by providing support for the design of a site interface within the quality department

• Technically, this was my first experience in mechanical engineering
• During this internship, I gained practical knowledge of creating technical drawings for parts and converting them into three-dimensional models using specialized software
• I also had the opportunity to work directly with a Takomi brand CNC machine equipped with a Mitsubishi control panel
• This experience allowed me to understand the various stages of mold production
• I witnessed how design errors can impact production and the importance of closely integrating the design and production phases
• I actively participated in improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing production efficiency and reducing waste
• Additionally, I contributed to the production of components for breathing apparatus, which was particularly fulfilling given the ongoing pandemic and its importance for public health

• I worked in the sales and storage stages of mechanical HVAC products and components
• I gained technical knowledge about various products and learned about the importance of storage and tracking
