I’m currently working as a Junior Performance Marketer at Jolly, where I manage digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and Trivago. Although I’m early in my career—with less than a year of professional experience—I've been deeply involved in performance-focused marketing since university, including running campaigns for independent brands like Monsieur Chaussette.
Prior to marketing, I played football competitively for 6 years, which helped me develop strong discipline, patience, and a team-first mindset—all of which I carry into my work today. I also compete at a high level in strategy-based gaming, ranking in the top 0.1% globally in League of Legends (Challenger tier), which has sharpened my analytical thinking, decision-making under pressure, and long-term planning skills.
I work as a performance marketer with experience in managing digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Trivago, and Bing — mostly in the travel and hotel industry. At Jolly, I’ve been responsible for managing advertising activities for a hotel inventory of over 5,000 properties. I’ve worked with a wide variety of campaign types and structures, handling everything from setup and budget planning to ROAS-focused optimizations and performance reporting. I'm comfortable working with data and focused on running campaigns efficiently to support business growth.
Before starting my full-time role, I interned at SabancıDx between high school years (Grade 10–11), where I was part of a project team working with McDonald’s. We focused on optimizing average basket value by analyzing customer purchase behavior—such as identifying which items were most likely to be bought together—and delivered data-driven campaign suggestions accordingly.
I also interned at Eren Deri, my family’s company, where I assisted the finance department with operational tasks and gained early exposure to business fundamentals.
