Highly skilled and enthusiastic professional with more than 10 years of experience managing operations in a Private Hospital. Successfully served in varied positions such as human resources, financial management, public relations, and patient services. Developed and led productive and efficient office staff, contributing to high-volume medical practices with exceptional managerial skills.

I actively served in various roles at Nigde Private Hayat Hospital, owned by my family, located in the same city as my university, starting from my first year of university in 2012. During this time, I played a leading role in making all the problematic processes of the hospital more efficient. I have never held a fixed position within the hospital; whenever needed, I had the opportunity to work in departments such as financial planning, human resources, public relations, and procurement. I developed myself in these areas. Perhaps that's why I never had a dedicated office in the hospital until this year. Due to my curious nature, I tried to learn everything I could in the field where I worked. I doubt that any other Private Hospital Manager knows how to change the cold head part of an MRI machine like I do.

The most significant turning point in my professional life was the Physiotherapy Hospital investment in the Ciftehan thermal region, which I managed from start to finish in 2018. Unfortunately, it ended in failure despite being certified by international organizations. During this period, I was continuing my Master's Program at Macerata University.Due to strategic planning errors we made, the financial structure of our existing hospital deteriorated, and we came close to the brink of bankruptcy. Thanks to the efforts exerted since 2018, we have now become the most comprehensive hospital in the region. Currently, we have 30 doctors and 180 staff members in our institution. Interestingly, some patients from the capital, Ankara, even prefer our hospital for treatment.
