

Food Engineering graduate with hands-on experience in both field sales and export operations. Joined the Mondelez family through the Stargate Program and gained solid field experience in territory management, campaign tracking, and sales operations before transitioning to the Export Department. Currently involved in sales, customer communication, documentation, and contract preparation processes. Strong in operational follow-up, reporting, and cross-functional coordination, with a commercial mindset and adaptability gained from both field and office-based roles.
I joined the Mondelez family through the Stargate Program. I spent the first 7 months of my journey in the İzmir Region as a Field Sales Representative, where I worked alongside experienced sales representatives for 5 months to learn the dynamics of field sales. During this period, I supported my field supervisors in reporting and campaign tracking activities. In the final 2 months of my field assignment, I managed my own territory and independently continued field sales operations. For the past year, I have been working in the Export Department, where I have taken and continue to take responsibilities in pricing, reporting, customer communication, sales operations, contract preparation, and documentation follow-up.
Completed a mandatory internship at Urla Winery during the 2023 harvest season as part of my Food Engineering studies. Gained hands-on experience in the full wine production process from grape reception to bottling, actively supporting operations during the peak production period. Assisted in grape intake, sorting, crushing, fermentation monitoring, quality control procedures, and bottling operations while working in a high-intensity production environment.
