• Technical feasibility and pricing study of the machining parts.
• Sales operations & business developments.
• Preparing PPAP, APQP, FMEA documents for machining parts.
• Preparing project reports to Ministry of Industry for the design center application process.
• Developing process parameters and materials of the cold forging molds to produce fasteners.
• Customer visits to share informations about the products.

• Following all of the mold production process
• Taking actions for the urgent products for customer
• Repairing and reworking the broken or damaged molds
• Studying for life improvements of the dies with quality and r&d departments
• Calculating capacity and machine need of the company and presenting to the management
• Learning behaviour of the tools and technical details of the materials (esp WC-Co) that uses in our production area.

• Providing parts for the defense & aviation industry (Boeing & Airbus).
• Working in the machining area, planning and quality departments.

• Main sub-factory of Toyota
• Taking actions in welding, machining, pressing, quality (cut-check control) and r&d deparments.
• Learning Kaizen, 5S, Poka Yoke, Just in Time and Toyota Production System.
