• During my time as an intern at the main maintenance factory manager, I learned a lot, especially about equipment maintenance and repair processes. I learned how to perform regular maintenance on equipment, detect and repair malfunctions. I also learned how to keep maintenance records and reporting. We tried to understand how we could contribute to more efficient operation of equipment by participating in improvement projects. We also learned about safety and environmental issues and learned to work harmoniously within a team. This process helped me both improve my technical skills and gain teamwork experience.

• An important issue I learned during my internship is the necessity of constantly monitoring and evaluating the compliance of products and services with established quality standards. Being responsible for detecting potential errors in processes and taking corrective measures by conducting internal audits is a fundamental part of quality management. At the same time, collecting feedback from employees, analyzing this data and developing strategies to optimize processes is another issue that I learned and cared about during my internship.
