  • Spear headed the launch of Science for work podcast along with the podcast director.
  • Sourced guests and co-hosted podcast episodes with academics and senior leaders including C-Level executives from top firms such as Global Leader of Technology and Analytics from McKinsey & Co., Director of HR from Severn Trentwaters , Director of Research in Institute of Compensation Studies from Cornell University, TaeYoun Park, etc.
  • Rolled out the pilot project we had with our partnership with Dortmund University and ESADE Barcelona HR and oversaw the process which resulted in 34 pieces by undergrad and graduate students.

  • Problem solving Case designed and presented to Fibabanka by myself: The case is ranked 1 among other cases by Fibabanka HR team. The case included domain ip-led approach based plan to decrease turnover along with a tech recruitment guide and an onboarding process design including a flowchart.
  • Change management proposals based on divergent change theories; Kotter Model and appreciative inquiry theory for an NGO (case study).
  • Design and implementation of a recruitment and selection process for store specialists.
  • Designed 2 workshops in a team of 4: One on psycho social risks, The other one, on psychosocial risk assesments and one on implementing agile values and principles to prevent toxic leadership as a psychosocial risk.
