- To ensure that the DEHA TECH Integrated Management System is implemented at every stage of the project
- Performing planned and periodic audits for each product group and each supplier
- Checking that the design documents and product specifications of pressure equipment, storage products, electronic and technological products, as well as consruction products, meet the requirements defined in international standards
- Defining the conformity assessment criteria of a product to be commissioned
- Defining test and acceptance criteria by reviewing harmonized standards
- For the works handed over to subcontractors; Evaluation of the technical adequacy of the Manufacturer's quality management system by holding kick meetings with more than 10 subcontractors per year
- Preparation of Inspection and Test Plans to be followed, more than 50 times per year, in the process from the design stage to commissioning of a product
- Creation of inspection plans for each stage defined in the Inspection and Test plan (such as documentation controls, destructive and non-destructive inspections, visual inspection, dimensional inspection, manufacturing approval tests, corrosion protection, pressure testing, final inspection)
- Monitor process performances through defined KPIs
- Report results of internal quality system audits to the Quality Assurance Manager
