During 5th year of my Bachelors in Pharmacy, I worked ın teh Research and development (R&D) deparment at Sora Cosmetics Company where hair skin products and aerosol formula developments are made.

With this internship, I gained experience working in the industry and got to learn about the production of various products, the process from production to marketing of the products.

I worked on a project that I could develop a stable formulation to improve the radiance of the skin and help to reduce the appearance of unwanted brown spots. I was thought about all of the oil in water Product Development process steps. I gained new skills and full knowledge of cosmetic science that would form a base for me. This helped me to have a strong desire to start a new Cosmetic company in the future.

2020 occurred during the pandemic period, creating a unique setting for pharmacies. Gaining more knowledgeable about the medications, I was able to provide the patients with better care. I had the opportunity to closely observe the techniques employed in the health sectors at the time. Additionally, I also learned about purchasing, billing, and other topics, along with the corresponding laws.

I gained more opportunities to serve as a consultant to the patients because I had some expertise from working as an intern in the past. I additionally acquired knowledge of and employed software for pharmacies.

I voluntarily worked as an intern in Güçlü Eczanesi - Engelköy at the completion of the first year.
I gained a lot of knowledge about how a community pharmacy is run and how patient prescriptions are handled throughout this internship.
