• Manage and ensure the availability of spare parts in warehouse for fault restoration (infrastucture and power) Create RMA forms for faulty units and follow up the repairing process. Check monthly equipment’s spare parts stock.
• Manage portable generator priority usage to increase network reliability.
• Site inspection for all sites preventive maintenance and Site inspection for extra preventive actions in winter and summer period for 100% of Backbone sites.
• Site inspection for refuelling. Site inspection for generator operation periodically.
• Monitor and inspect the restoration of deficiencies findings on access sites/field.
• Support on access site/field for Core, TX & BTS nodes upgrades.
• Manage to have Grid AC power lines availability in high performance.
• Deployment and monitoring new energy initiatives, exmp SEC, Solar panels, smart metering, Power line ect.
• Monitoring the Battery and Air Condition functionality and EoL swapping plan.
• Supporting subcontractor on different network issues. Suggesting spare parts needed and on site support for external alarms and AC or DC power issue.
• Manage daily records for battery backup time of the sites and planning for batteries SWAP, also manage generator working hours weekly record.
