- Using special software applications to improve logistics processes and increase efficiency.(SAP-ERP-EXCEL)
- Optimise inventory management and reduce the possibility of errors with automation tools.(DOM)
- Using software solutions to securely manage and analyse customer data.
- Creating account breakdowns using SAP, reporting by analysing special items within cost centres and current accounts, and controlling incoming invoices on account basis by examining income and expenses.
- Directing the incoming E-invoice and E-archive invoices to the correct accounts for the accounting of the costs we procure, tracking their payments, following the balances on a monthly basis
- Ensuring control of personnel expense entries, expenditure reports and advance entries.
