I have always valued effective communication, as it fosters understanding, connection, and the exchange of ideas. My passion for sharing knowledge and engaging with others is what inspired me to pursue a career in teaching. Through teaching, I can combine my love for communication with the opportunity to positively impact others by sharing insights, skills, and experiences. Additionally, when I came to military and worked as an organizer and interpreter I realized working as an interpreter and translator in the military significantly shaped my professional and personal growth. It enhanced my ability to think critically under pressure, adapt to diverse communication styles, and navigate cross-cultural interactions effectively. This role demanded precision, confidentiality, and resilience, which strengthened my problem-solving skills and attention to detail. The experience also deepened my appreciation for the power of language in building bridges and fostering understanding, lessons that continue to influence my career and outlook.
This is my mandatory military service in which I work as a ranked officer in the rank of Second Lieutenant. In GCGA, my department, within the Continuing Education Center, is called Accreditation and Certification. My responsibilities are to organize, plan and carry out international certificate programs on topics regarding law-enforcement, policing and army related issues. These programs are carried out within one week and international participants are invited from different countries to have education and participate in multicultural environment. During these programs my team and I organize everything from transportation to accommodation. We personally deal with interpretation as well. In addition to these duties I have been working as an English teacher in the Academy's preparatory classes, giving English lessons to cadettes.
My job was to make sure that I follow the curriculum presented to me by the management, organize speaking and related language activities, create a warm and stress-free learning environment to students ranging from primary school to adult groups.
My responsibilities while working here were getting into lessons, creating yearly curriculum, organizing special student activities and participating in them, dealing with customer/parent relations.
