• Planning team resources and optimizing workflows for efficiency.

Industry and Academic Collaborations

• Leading project development and submissions for TÜBİTAK, KOSGEB, and other programs.
• Collaborating with universities and consulting firms to integrate innovative methodologies.

• Researching, selecting, and testing suitable components (e.g., lenses, LEDs, diffusers).
• Conducting lighting tests (e.g., goniophotometry).
• Adjusting product lighting on the website using DIALux.
• Presenting project updates in progress meetings.
• Collaborating with mechanical and electronics engineers for design and standardization.
• Coordinating meetings with domestic and international suppliers.

• Measurement and characterization of LT-AFM/MFM (Low Temperature Atomic Force Microscope/Magnetic Force Microscope)
• Reporting and post-repair testing of electronic system and the software of the LT-AFM/MFM systems
• Preparing cryogenic systems for scanning samples at low temperatures to 4K
• Testing Fiber Interferometers
• Preparing test reports of used equipments.

• Experienced in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) for materials and welding using Magnetic Particle Testing, Liquid Penetrant Testing, and Visual Testing per EN and ASME standards.
• Conducting PQR tests and preparing certificates per EN 15614-1.
• Performing welder certification exams and issuing certificates per EN 9606-1.
• 3rd Party Inspection for Dos Bocas Water Treatment at Ordumak Steel: Visual welding inspection (EN 5817, ITP). Post-welding dimensional control. Preparing inspection reports and quality documents. Inspecting manufacturing and dyeing processes.
• 2nd Party Quality Engineer for Ali Kayası Glass Terrace Project at YBS Metal: Preparing quality documents. Visual welding inspection (EN 5817, ITP). Pre/post-welding dimensional control. Inspecting manufacturing and dyeing processes.
• Measuring toughness and ferrite content of specific materials (e.g., Muş Hydroelectric Power Plant).
