*Calculation of unit costs of the products to be produced by the factory, taking into account raw materials, labor, machinery, tools and apparatus, necessary external services, all foreseeable internal and external expenses.
*Capital Expenditure Investment CAPEX forecasting analysis by calculating all of the machinery, equipment, software, services, land and buildings that will be needed in production throughout the life of the projects from the beginning to the end.
*Evaluating the feasibility of the production methods and feasibility of the parts with the participation of all departments that will take part in the production of the products in the project content from technical, time, human resources, know-how perspectives and reporting the results and sharing them with the core team.
*Preparation of the list of sub-components to be supplied based on the solid models and technical drawings of the part designs, taking into account the maximum annual production quantity and production start and end times.
*Preparing and presenting PPAP presentations to the customers.
*Collaboration with the Quality Department in the preparation of FMEA and Control Plans.
*Performing Finite Element Analysis with ANSYS program and interpreting the results.
*To support the Quality Department in the interpretation of chemical and mechanical test results.
* Evaluating the feedback from the customer on technical issues and directing the relevant departments to make the necessary changes.
*Making analyzes and comparisons in accordance with customer specifications regarding material selection and part strength.
*To support the design team in the creation of the Design Verification Report, which is one of the most important inputs of the PPAP file to be submitted to the customer.
*To make research and material identification with the help of Total Materia program for materials that cannot be defined by their chemical or mechanical properties in the Quality Laboratory.
* Modeling of new products and creation of technical drawings.
*Performing Finite Element Analysis with ANSYS program and interpreting the results.
*Creation of product trees with all components on the ERP system.
* Taking necessary actions for sample production. (Identification of available and required components)
*Performing the chemical and mechanical tests required for PPAP presentation in the Quality Department.
*Delivery of new products, whose design is completed, to the Process department for mold and apparatus work.
