General Information about me;
I was born in Izmir-Konak in 1996. I completed my primary and secondary education at Bornova College and my high school education at Yunus Emre Anatolian High School. In 2014, I entered the Physics department at Izmir Institute of Technology, but I left before completing it in 2019 and again I signed up to Yaşar University in 2019.
I started studying at the University-Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts with a full scholarship. In the same year, I took the YDS exam for English and got 80 points.
As for my personal skills and hobbies;
I studied violin, piano and then guitar in primary school, and I continue to play guitar. My hobbies include painting, strategy games and translating from English to Turkish and from Latin to Turkish with English support. I have been interested in the kitchen since I was little.
Regarding my Field of Study;
I have been following Turkish and English gastronomy-based channels on YouTube for a long time. I am especially interested in chocolate making and pastry, and I have wanted to focus on pastry since I entered the department. In my university education, I have attended classes of patisserie, chocolate making workshops and projects. In addition to these pastry based education, I have attended classes about meat and dairy products, drinks classes, international and Turkish cuisine classes and attended coffee brewery workshops.
