Berk Aysaber

I have been responsible for the care of our lemon orchard since 2016, including fertilization, weed control, and management of diseases and pests through chemical and cultural practices.Each year, I work consistently in this area from the initial applications to the harvest.I have experience in the use of tractors and equipment.

• During my university education, I volunteered as a manager in the club that I was interested in
• I undertook tasks such as providing riding lessons to new members, planning club activities, and managing the club's finances.

• As part of my mandatory internship, I completed it at the Directorate of Adana Biological Control Research Institute
• I examined the studies and experiments conducted in each unit, including Phytopathology, Entomology, Herbology, and Biological Control laboratories, and participated in projects carried out at the institute.

• To improve my English skills, I worked as a barista at Dunkin' Donuts in the state of New Hampshire, United States
• I worked in all areas including welcoming guests and taking orders
• Within a busy work environment, I enhanced my time management, ability to work under pressure, and foreign language communication skills.

• Since the beginning of my education season, I utilized my free time to explore fields at Şaşmaz Agriculture to develop myself professionally
• After completing my education, I started working as an agricultural engineer. I conducted weekly field inspections of citrus, greenhouse, and field crops and provided farmers with advice on disease, pest, and weed control as well as fertilization
