• Coordinating on time delivery of all program milestones and engineering gateways for Body interior according to GPDS guidelines
• Following cost, weight, quality, test planning, headcount etc status in order to achieve targets & complete program gateway and milestones
• Following durability, safety, NVH, aerodynamic, weight, fuel economy etc targets of Body Interior Engineering.
• Following test planning (FEDEDVP,T&D), related buck-vehicle production phases (TPV, DCV, PP, TT, PEC, FEC) of all Body Interior Engineering teams to achieve all related works done in the planned time period
• Monitoring all part availability checks, BOM problems, testing status control, prototype and production issues related with Body Interior Engineering between vehicle design freeze to J1 and facilitating the solution platforms
• Ensuring the completion of launch phases gateways and deliverables, including WB-Aims-Shortage-OTG-Pedigree Status
• Responsible for program metrics status preparation and presentation, being Body Interior representative for gateway meetings to higher management

• Benchmarking of competitor vehicles and consolidate data in order to define robust and appropriately competitive Craftsmanship target.
• Creation and development of gap and flush control documents; Target setting for gap / flushness and acceptable tolerance levels.
• Support and represent Craftsmanship attribute at all relevant meetings with product design and development activities.
• Support craftsmanship deliverables through to development/engineering sign-off of the vehicle.
• Co-work with design studio team to build A Class Surface (Parting lines, first flanges, gap&flushness values and radiis)
• Proactively influencing Design Studio to implement best fit & finish executions into the design theme in early stages.
• Ensure that final product quality is as close as possible to design intended, analyze manufacturing process variations in order to avoid over-design
• Co-work with engineering team to be decided tool directions, tooling split lines, injection points, grain type and material application
• To lead the designed product to meet Fit & finish requirements, tolerance stack up analysis and GD&T inputs for each product.

• Project and process responsibility for i10 and i20 projects in assembly shop.
• In charge of interior parts assembly process and equipments such as seats, headlining, cockpit, airbags, center console, floor carpet and interior plastic trim parts.
• Process flow improvements, workplace enhancement and checking work balancing studies.
• Responsible of new model integration in Hyundai Turkey.
• Responsible of interior related purchasing items in assembly shop.
• Responsible of feasibility studies for engineering changes.
• Working in coordination with cross functional teams in Hyundai Turkey and Hyundai Motor Company in Korea.

• In charge of Fiat 356 Egea project.
• Coordination between engineering team and customer R&D engineers on change management.
• Performing commissioning planning with project engineers to implement change requests.
• Ensuring that commissioning process meets customer expectations. To report constraints that arise in this process to customer to ensure consensus.
• Leading quotation process with design change and working with sales department to ensure that quotation is given to customer in a complete and timely manner.
• Lead design-based cost reduction activities and to implement these activities by working with material cost reduction department.
• To Lead Engineering Change Management meetings with cross functional teams.

Gained hands-on experience with various engineering tools, equipment, and materials through active participation in practical workshops.
