• During my tenure at one of the world’s most significant historical landmarks, Hagia Sophia, I gained valuable experience in sales and operations management. My responsibilities included managing ticket sales, providing information to visitors, and promoting the site’s historical and cultural significance. This role significantly enhanced my communication skills, particularly in English, as I interacted with a diverse range of international visitors. I also gained substantial experience in sales and marketing, contributing to effective promotional strategies, and ensuring a seamless visitor experience. Additionally, I strengthened my ability to collaborate within a team and operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

I worked on Telus International's Zara project for a certain period of time. During this enjoyable work experience, I gained a different perspective on the service sector and commercial transactions. While learning about online order management applications, I acquired the necessary knowledge to satisfy customers when selling online. In this experience, where customer satisfaction was our primary goal, I significantly developed my ability to think proactively. I learned how to approach and communicate with various target audiences.
