-Represent the airline both at bilateral and multilateral air negotiations to protect and expand the traffic rights,

-Represent the airline at the international forums and the related ICAO/IATA meetings as the member of the; ICAO Aviation Data and Analysis Panel, ICAO Competitiveness Index WG, ICAO International Logistics Constraints WG

-Managing and navigating the landscape of international aviation regulations mainly in terms of traffic rights and competition, governmental relationships, and diplomatic affairs,

-Responsibilities encompass wide range of tasks aimed at ensuring to being on the right position with pro-active approach fostering positive relations with regulatory bodies both domestic and international, and strategically positioning the airline within the international marketplace,

-Manage team for getting the data from various resources including scheduled, non-scheduled global flight data, ICAO reported data (Form A-B-C), trade and custom data on a weekly and monthly basis then collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to integrate aeropolitical considerations into business strategies and decision-making processes for the top management.

Formulated negotiation strategies for the top management considering the request of domestic carriers, economic factors, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks to achieve favorable outcomes,

Compiled, analyzed, and interpreted air transport data, utilized statistical tools and models to prepare dashboards and reports with Tableau to derive insights, communicate findings and recommendations to senior management contributing to informed decision-making processes in air transport policy development,

Participated more than 100 air services negotiations with international counterparts, representing the interests of the domestic carriers and the State Aviation Policy,

Prepared comprehensive reports on air transport economics, negotiations, and regulatory compliance for internal and external stakeholders,

Collaborated with legal and regulatory teams to interpret and implement regulatory changes affecting air transport economics,
Represented the country in the related Panels and Working Groups of ICAO and ECAC. Reason for leaving I decided to leave my position at the Turkish Civil Aviation Authority to pursue a new opportunity with MNG Airlines. This decision was driven by my aspiration to contribute my skills, expertise and my network in a dynamic and challenging role within the airline industry. I am excited about the prospect of taking on new responsibilities and making a meaningful impact in a different organizational context.
