 Scope of the Product Engineering for Functional Food Class, beverage developed as a project that have positive effect of helping anxiety and stress with decreasing cortisol level which named as an 'CalmShot'.I was responsible from Research & Development department in the project,organize the team and the meetings and preparing the poster presentations etc.

• TOMATO PASTE PRODUCTION PLANT DESIGN

Scope of the Food Processing Design Class, tomato paste production plant were designed that have facility daily 2750 ton raw material. My role during the project was create a flow chart of processes of tomato paste,research the appropriate technical equipment and take offers from the companies, making analytic calculations for pipe installation and pump design, life cycle cost manufacturing and fixed cost calculations and designing double pipe heat exchanger for pasteurization unit.
