  • 28NM 8-BIT ALU VLSI DESIGN AND FPGA IMPLEMENTATION:
    Designed an 8-bit ALU including a 4x4 multiplier block at the CMOS level using Cadence tools.
    Implemented the design on a Nexys-4 FPGA board and performed comparative analysis between ASIC and FPGA implementations.
  • CRC-15 VERILOG DESIGN:
    Design and simulation of CRC-15 coding technique used in CAN communication in Vivado. Generating timing, power, and coverage reports, and implementing ASIC flow using OpenLane with Sky130nm technology.
  • 8-BIT ADJUSTABLE PWM GENERATOR DESIGN:
    Designed and simulated an 8-bit PWM generator with tunable frequency and duty cycle via input ports. Implemented on a Basys3 FPGA board using Vivado. Verified functionality through behavioral simulation and waveform analysis for applications like motor control and signal modulation.
  • EDGE DETECTION IMAGE PROCESSING DESIGN IN VERILOG:
    After generating a COE file in MATLAB and importing it into a ROM IP in Vivado, I implemented edge detection using the Laplacian kernel. The testbench results were exported to a text file and visualized in MATLAB.
  • PMOD 7-SEGMENT CARD FOR BASYS-3 FPGA BOARD:
    Designing PCB card using Altium and soldering SMD components and driving with BASYS-3 FPGA board.
  • 3-BIT ADC VLSI DESIGN:
    Designing CMOS-level schematic and layout for a 3-bit ADC on the Tanner Tools platform and performing simulations.
  • PLL DESIGN:
    Performed full-circuit design and behavioral simulation of a PLL, including phase detector, low-pass filter, VCO, and N-divider blocks. Used QUCS-S and Simulink for simulations, incorporating IHP 130nm BiCMOS technology models for accurate device-level analysis.
  • SPOT DETECTION ON LEAVES:
    Detection of spots on leaves using image processing techniques in the RGB space with MATLAB.
  • MEDICAL IMAGE DENOISING USING AUTOENCODERS AND ANOMALY DETECTION:
    Developed a CNN-based autoencoder to denoise medical images by learning compressed representations and reconstructing clean outputs. Integrated anomaly detection to highlight abnormal regions, enhancing diagnostic accuracy.
  • ESP32 IOT APPLICATIONS:
    Developed IoT applications by collecting data from various sensors and transmitting it to a custom website database using ESP32. Implemented reliable data communication and real-time monitoring features.
