Second SENSORFINT Training School dedicated to Spectroscopy celebrated in the Food Research Institute NOFIMA, Campus Ås, Norway, from 12th to 14th September 2023 (22 hours). The course covered contents related to NIR, Hyperspectral and Raman Spectroscopy, together with data pre-processing and modelling.
