• Preliminary system design in accordance with customer requirements, pressure vessel calculation with Compress software, mechanical design with Autodesk Inventor and Autocad software, review of specifications and determination of project requirements, customer and supplier correspondence and negotiations, project planning, opening order requests for raw materials and equipment to be purchased through ERP program, purchase follow-up, project follow-up and customer notifications, coordination of quality, manufacturing and purchasing departments, preparation of ASME, CE and U-STAMP documents. Managing over 5 projects per month. Reducing project timelines with proactive planning and close monitoring of progress. Identifying technical risks within managed projects.

• Piping and mechanical drawings through AVEVA PDMS and Autocad Plant 3D.

• Designing pressure vessels and filters through Autodesk Inventor and Autocad software, preparation of manufacturing drawings, preparation of ASME and U-stamp documents, pressure vessel calculation with COMPRESS software, order requisition of raw materials to be purchased through ERP, Autodesk Vault administrator, manufacturing follow-up.

• Quality control of raw materials and manufacturing, manufacture planning and tracking, stock management, mechanical design, R&D, test of fan efficiencies.

• Solving customers' 2D and 3D technical drawing, part and assembly studies, analysis, data management, design development, material improvement problems, animation and simulation creation related to Solidworks. Performing Solidworks training and maintenance operations of customers.
