Abstract : In my career and professional history, particularly in the planning, management, and improvement of factory production processes, on labor law, occupational health and safety, and related legal regulations, I assumed active administrative duties and responsibilities in operations such as production, R&D, sales, marketing, accounting, human resources, purchasing, and logistics. I gained valuable experience in the iron and steel industry, from liquid steel production to cold rolling mill management processes, as well as budget and cost analysis, production and capacity planning, quality management systems, company growth strategies, national and international commercial activities, new projects, and feasibility assessments.

I am aware that efforts for improvement through ongoing development and innovation, as well as an encouraging attitude, will help me to advance myself and the company for which I work.

I have sufficient knowledge and experience in SAP-ERP, MRP, QDMS -ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and TS 16949 and 8D, PPAP, 5S, 6 sigma and Lean manufacturing techniques, both theoretical and practical applications.

Making and implementing reasonable decisions based on statistical and analytical data is a management principle. I believe that making decisions based on this principle within the context of social conduct and attitudes will move us one step forward.


Since the economics is always on the agenda in the country where I live, it might be called a hobby in which I learn technical skills and follow the decisions made by administrative agencies.


My family members made me love chess at a very young age. We occasionally get together and play chess with friends and family members on weekends.
