-Preparing Technical Data Sheets, Approval organisations of customers such as Boeing, Airbus, Leonardo etc
-Performed Facility needs, machine and automation investment management.
-Setup for fluorescent penetrant and magnetic particle inspection machining systems
-Daily KPI Follow-up (Quality,Environment,Safety,Production,Cost)
-Taking part into Nadcap and Other Internal/External audits.
-Launching and Implementing 5S, Kaizen and Gemba Activities
-Contributing Quality Assurance Steps (PFMEA, FAI, NCR)
-Managing new NDT investments of factory acceptance, commissioning, qualification and customer approval.
Main Projects: All Projects in Turkish Aerospace i.e. JSF F35, Boeing, Airbus, Leonardo and TAI Indigenous Projects.
