I've been working in the fields of litigation and consultancy mainly based on the activities of company clients in the following areas since 2020:

• As being an associate of one of the most largest airports of the world, with a gigantic capacity, preparing legal texts and responses to authorities and relevant administrations, carrying out preparation, revision and negotiation process of contracts (mostly commercial and lease contracts), fulfilling client companies needs on a daily basis.
• Under labour law, as being associate of numerous employer companies, preparing notice of termination, involving in mediation process, preparing and revising labour contracts, preparing legal texts and responses to authorities and relevant administrations, representing client companies in cases arising from labour law, providing consultancy service in disputes based on labour law
• For client companies operating in automotive industry, preparing legal texts and responses to authorities and administrations, involving in mediation processes arising from commercial and consumer disputes, representing client companies in cases arising from commercial law, consumer law, administrative law, providing consultancy services in disputes based on commercial and consumer law, rendering legal service on daily basis.
• With being able to work with a freight-forwarder company, involved in preparing and revising carriage contracts and representing client in disputed arising from freight claims.
• For foreign and Turkish Client companies, involved in conducting general assembly meetings and board of directors resolutions, managing the litigation process in disputes arising from corporate law and commercial law, providing support in compliance including Data Protection.
• In general, providing regular consultancy services on a daily basis to client companies regarding the actions and measures to be taken according to legal regulations to be subject within the scope of their fields of activity.

• Involved in multiple public procurement disputes from beginning of the process (preparing complaint applications to public administrations and Public Procurement Authority, commencing legal process in case of rejection of the application or having dissatisfying result).
• Established strong business relations and communications with foreign clients.
• Able to develop and implement strategic legal actions to meet clients expectations.
