
I am Aysun Bekçi, a second-year student at Afyon Kocatepe University, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts. The culinary industry is a broad field in which I need to improve myself. I had the opportunity to work in this field, but since I was a student, I had the opportunity to work in seasonal places for short periods of time. •4 months as assistant cook in the à la carte kitchen at Çeşme-Nonis house restaurant •3 months as assistant cook in the breakfast section of the kitchen at Ayvalık-Sea resort hotel •3 months as a busboy in the cold section of the kitchen at Bandırma-Happy Moons restaurant •3 months in the kitchen at Alaçatı-Evliyagil by katre hotel I had experience as an assistant cook. I worked mainly in the cold and breakfast part of the industry. I want to improve myself in every field and every department. I am a calm, harmonious person who works as a team, is curious about learning in every field, and focuses on self-improvement. Just as I experienced the profession at home, I want to learn and experience the service sector and culture in a different country, even if it is for at least 3 months abroad.
