  • SAP S/4 Hana Public Cloud ERP Transition Project Manager (2024 - Komagene): Served as the responsible manager for a 10-month ERP transition project, successfully leading the system’s live deployment. Collaborated with team of 30 in the development of SAP Public Cloud migration project.
  • SAP R3 BW Cost Accounting and Budget System Setup (2019 - Lila Kağıt): Led the conceptual design and coding of end-to-end cost accounting processes for three business units (energy, coil, and converting) as a lower-cost alternative to BPC. I designed and presented the project to management, achieving a successful go-live within four months. In my first year, I migrated the budgeting process to SAP BW, and in subsequent years, this project set the foundation for transitioning the income statement and balance sheet to BW as well.
  • SAP R3 BPC Budget System Setup (2017 - Faber Castell): Completed the setup and go-live of the cost accounting system within the SAP BPC module, from the conceptual design phase through to final implementation.
  • Logo Cost Accounting System Setup (2016 - Panda): stablished a cost accounting system on Logo ERP from scratch and integrated it with the Matriks software for sales reporting.
