• Lead and manage data governance initiatives, focusing on the implementation and management of tools such as Ab Initio MetadataHUB and Dynamic Data Masking CopyCatlive and SDM Structured Data Monitoring tool.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, participate in governance boards, and maintain strong, effective relationships across teams and departments.
• Oversee the management of metadata, enterprise data catalogs, and the establishment of comprehensive data governance policies.
• Offer expert advice on data governance best practices, ensuring policies are effectively executed across the organization.
• Follow up external audit IT findings, lead role on improvements of Harmony Archer Tool.
• Experience with cybersecurity concepts such as Identity Access Management, Vulnerability Management, Secure Software Development Lifecycle, Security Governance, etc

-Data Analysis. Use SAS Enterprise to analyze customer data
-Coordinate projects with IT department to increase data integrity and completeness.
-Data Governance. Use AB INITIO and INFORMATICA to be in line with our data quality standards
-Close follow up on data in scope of GDPR

• Data governance framework design (operational framework, roles & responsibilities, etc.)

• Managing controls each quarter over KYC “Know Your Customer" and compliance AML processes according to BNP Paribas procedures and reporting directly to BNP Paribas Paris Head Office
