NDT Responsible. I am proficient in applying various non-destructive testing methods to ensure the safety and integrity of storage tanks for liquefied gases. While conducting Penetrant (PT), Radiographic (RT), and Visual (VT) tests to evaluate material integrity, I have experience in quality control, design compliance, and adherence to necessary standards.

• Extensive experience working with stainless steel and carbon steel materials.

NDT Technican. As an NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) specialist, I applied various testing methods to ensure the integrity of wind turbine carbon steel bodies. I conducted processes to verify the integrity of welds using Penetrant Testing (PT), Visual Testing (VT), and Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) methods.

• Performed NDT Level II inspections including Penetrant Testing (PT), Visual Testing (VT), and Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) on carbon steel wind turbine towers to ensure material integrity and compliance with industry standards.
• Conducted Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) to detect internal defects (e.g., laminations, cracks) in critical components, ensuring structural reliability.
• Identified, repaired, and re-inspected flaws in welded joints to maintain safety and performance of wind turbine structures.
• Documented and analyzed test results with high precision, collaborating with engineering teams to enhance project reliability and implement corrective actions.
• Gained hands-on experience in advanced NDT methods, including Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing / Time-of-Flight Diffraction (PAUT-TOFD) for complex defect characterization.

Part time NDT Technician. Gained hands-on experience in VT, PT, MT, UT, and RT methods at an NDT service company. Performed cast material RT inspections for TOGG automotive components, panoramic RT applications on pressure vessels, radiographic testing of military ship propellers, and fluorescent MT examinations on armored vehicle transmission gears.
