  • Built Rollic’s Product Marketing department from scratch, establishing structure, processes, and KPIs, and growing it into a core function of the company. Currently manage 3 direct reports and lead an 6-person cross-functional team on employer branding projects for over a year.
  • Led the go-to-market strategy for Color Block Jam, Rollic’s #1 puzzle title, which became the most downloaded free game in the US App Store (Apr 2025) and hit #15 in Top Grossing.
  • Developed a full 360° US-focused launch plan for Color Block Jam (to be executed in 2026), including an AI-produced brand film highlighting the game’s “frustratingly fun” nature. Designed social media and influencer marketing strategies from scratch, delivering sustained growth and engagement.
  • Designed & executed influencer and talent-based campaigns across top titles. A standout Cameo collaboration with The Office’s Brian Baumgartner for Seat Away became a top UA asset, driving millions of installs.
  • Lead Rollic’s IP games portfolio, managing licensing partnerships from deal stage through launch. Partnered with Mattel (Barbie), UFC Global, and executed a WWE integration for Power Slap Mobile. Currently drive all product marketing efforts for Barbie Merge Mystery in close collaboration with Mattel’s Global Marketing team.
  • Rollic brand leadership: spearheaded the company’s first-ever brand film, refreshed the corporate brand positioning, and designed employer branding strategies to attract top gaming talent.
  • ASO & growth optimization: own end-to-end ASO strategy for top-performing games, working closely with growth, product, and creative teams to boost conversion and visibility.
  • Market & player insights: continuously run competitor and market analyses to guide GTM strategy and positioning. Translate player behavior and engagement data into actionable insights that improve retention, monetization, and feature adoption.
