Aslıhan Saka

As a professional specialized in social investments, corporate social responsibility, and sustainability, I have strong experience in developing partnerships between the private sector and civil society, brand communication, and implementing impact-oriented projects. In my role at Enerjisa, I integrate the company’s sustainability vision into projects that create social value. Under the umbrella of Enerjisa Enerji, I develop and manage a wide range of social impact projects, spanning from economic efficiency to gender equality, and from sustainable fisheries to agriculture. Through the “Better Future” Platform, we aim to create tangible outputs such as the Turkey Productivity Map, while also designing projects that promote women’s empowerment, economic recovery in disaster-affected regions, environmental sustainability, and diversity and inclusion. The common thread across all these efforts is a shared vision of building a more sustainable, equitable, and collaborative future.

Some of the Key Projects I Lead:

1. Better Future Platform
A comprehensive transformation platform focusing on economic productivity, conducting research, mapping studies, and fostering cross-sector collaborations to highlight Turkey’s efficiency potential.

2. Support for Sustainable Fisheries Project
Providing environmental awareness training for fishermen, empowering women through net-weaving skills, promoting the recycling of marine waste, and establishing renewable energy-supported infrastructures to create sustainable income models for coastal communities.

3. Support for Sustainable Agriculture Project
Supporting agricultural cooperatives with technical equipment and training to spread qualified farming practices and empower local producers.

4. UN Women – From Words to Action: WEPs Project
Promoting the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) within the company, developing action plans, and contributing to the establishment of the Excellence Center initiated by UN Women.

5. DİBG – RRDC Collaboration Project
A development-focused partnership model supporting economic recovery in earthquake-affected regions through financial grants and capacity-building trainings for SMEs.

6. Zero Tolerance Against Violence Project
Developing awareness and support mechanisms that adopt a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of workplace violence.

7. Enerjisa "Not Without You" Platform
A corporate transformation movement focused on promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion through volunteer-driven initiatives that raise societal awareness.

8. Participation in the Sabancı Republic Mobilization
Uniting Republic values with sustainability by engaging employees in environmental workshops, clean-up activities, and social participation projects.

9. Tomorrow is Possible with You Project
Building an inclusive and innovative future vision by supporting young people with digital literacy programs, inspirational leadership meetings, and mentorship opportunities.

10. Teachers are Wort It Project

Supporting the well-being and empowerment of teachers through workshops, peer learning communities, and sustainable development-focused training content.
