• Prepare master production schedule for short&long terms and delivery schedules, follow up JIS line
• Secure the availability of all requested materials according to master production schedule
• Setting of master data parameters of materials

• Be a part of new launch process and ensure availability concerning new components for launches
• Manage inventory (product, raw materials and pack materials stock level)
• Avoiding / solving of out of stock issues, as well as over stocks

• Responsible for Production Planning, receiving customer orders via EDI, analyzing the order changes in short and long terms, taking actions as Customer Representative.
• Report the analyses to the top management weekly by inserting these data to the production headcount needed table.
• Prepare long and short term production plans and lead the production of VW Eos, VW Polo, Renault Kangoo and, Fiat-Multipla, Punto&Croma automobile seat covers by analyzing customer orders, materials and production conditions.
• Owner of the after sales process ; receiving schedules to shipments of VW Eos, Renault Kangoo.
• Open purchase orders of pre-serial projects materials in coordination with central Purchasing Department
• Leading logistics contracts of the responsible projects for the best price, lead time and service quality.
• Responsible for inventory, improvement of stock levels and material flow for the responsible projects.
• Leading obsolete procedure run among all departments at the end of EOP of the projects.
• Reply the customer QNs-Quality Notices- related to the deliveries
• Developing cost saving projects to deliver significant results.

• Responsible for production planning and logistics of seat covers ; leader of the process beginning of receiving the orders from customer to shipment to customer.
• Responsible for the material planning and Management of seat covers’ and related raw materials’ warehouse ; leader of the Procurement process
• Responsible for Purchasing of materials as production incomes by using existing contracts, search for new suppliers to obtain better cost, service and quality.
