A full-cycle ecosystem for launching web3 projects from scratch: from building a community to launching a token turnkey.

My responsibilities in this company was build an Ambassador Program. During my work in Qappi, into the ambassadorial program joined more than 100 Influencers. The number of audiences in the project grew tenfold. My responsibilities also included searching for projects to place on the site, working with budgets, accepting payments and supervising marketing activities. In general, I increased the audience of the site more than 15 times. Campaign revenue was increased 4 times

  • Crypton.xyz was originally a media dedicated to ways to make money from cryptocurrency. I joined the team in 2021. In a few years as head of partnerships, head of business development and sales, I helped the team become a large crypto project with a total audience of 130k active ecosystem users. I built an ambassadorship program, set up the sales team. I brought the ecosystem from zero income to $10k monthly. Projects constantly started coming to the ecosystem asking for help with audience recruitment. We received grants and support from leading crypto exchanges and projects: Binance, OKX, Trust Wallet and others.

    My job was to make connections and get the best terms for partnerships. Over the years, I've grown small media into a recognizable and profitable ecosystem.
