Lead and manage mixing area / associates to achieve team targets.

Create and adapt new mixing specs and compounds to plant/process.

Develop & Release a new compound based on QMS and customer requirements.

Focusing to eleminate process problems sistematically.

Prepare and lead FMEA studies, Control Plans , Work Instructions to fulfill requirement of IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 standard, change management.

As the Calender&Cutter Process Engineer, I focus mainly on improving mixing process and product quality to ensure internal and external customers get the components which is in the spesifications.

And i also have the opportunity to train a score of operator every year for processes by using visual training methods.

Additionally, I colloborate to manage more than 40 operator to reduce process variation and increasing awaraness of preventive solutions by using lean manufacturing tools (5S, TPM, Poke-Yoke, Kaizen, A3 problem solving method, etc.).

My job allows me to involve in variety of projects including finance, logistics, production, quality and regional teams.

Reviewed technical specifications to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Collaborated with customers for improved product quality and analyse customer complaints to find roout cause with quality tools.

Inspected and troubleshot product and production discrepancies.

Leading teams for continuous improvement action plans.

Assist the production manager to plan, organize, control and supervise production activities.
